Martha’s Vineyard is profoundly healing. It has a history as a sanctuary for artists, thinkers, and freedom-seekers to its quiet beaches, charming cottages, and windswept cliffs. The Vineyard invites you to slow down and breathe deeper. There is elegance and ease and the ocean stretches endlessly with calming power, and every path—whether through a historic town or a coastal trail—feels intentional and grounding.
Soul: Unchained on Martha’s Vineyard is an opportunity to step away from the noise and return to yourself. Morning yoga on the beach, meditation, journaling in peaceful moments of reflection, scenic hikes that clear your mind, and a Vineyard tour that immerses you in local beauty and culture. From a soulful beach day to the invigorating option of a Polar Bear Club plunge, each experience is designed to awaken courage, joy, and inner freedom.
August 2–7 is your invitation to witness the peace, calm, and natural beauty of the Vineyard while reconnecting with your spirit and sisterhood. This is more than a retreat—it’s a homecoming to yourself, held by the magic of Martha’s Vineyard.
