Soul:Unchained® Retreat Experiences

I was a lucky participant at Lateefah’s New York yoga and wine (or was that wine and yoga:) retreat last November. 

The retreat was a wonderful blend of much-needed fresh air, relaxation, self-care, exercise, laughter, bonding and, let’s not forget, wine!

Lateefah covered each base with her thoughtful touches. From our yummy arrival gift bags (complete with bottled water and face masks), to the chauffeured van, beautiful wineries, and amazing accommodations in a historic mansion... She somehow even managed to secure beautiful weather for us!

Lateefah’s gentle stretch yoga class, held in a room full of beautifully intricate architecture and rich history, rounded out this phenomenal experience.   

The amazing, funny and dynamic women on this adventure were a super bonus!  We bonded like we’d known each other for years, and I look forward to seeing them again!

Mission “Relaxing, Fun, Getaway” complete!  And, then some. Can’t wait for the next one!!

This was the most inspiring and relaxing weekend I have experienced in a long time...The accommodations were wonderful, the wine tours were so much fun and the yoga session was just what I needed. I am looking forward to the next retreat with the fabulous Lateefah Fleming.

I highly recommend Empowerfit yoga retreats because you will have a great time and make friends for sure! This yoga hiking retreat was excellent and so refreshing after being in quarantine for so long - I enjoyed it very much. We got to explore some spectacular views in nature and breathe fresh oxygen from all of the trees! We also hiked up to see a waterfall which was breathtaking! Everything was well organized and smooth! I love her retreats and I try to book with her as often as possible so don’t hesitate to give it a try!!!
