The yoga industry has not always seemed like the most welcoming space for Black people, people of color, larger bodies and those who do not always have the financial means to practice. I aim to change that by training teachers who welcome, teach and respect all those who come before them. I highly encourage Black women and women of color to join me on the road to self realization, care and empowerment. We can make a difference in this industry while encouraging our community to be stronger. Let this be the beginning of an exciting new journey!
